Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory using HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity, and issued a Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Do you provide a COA?
Yes — a Certificate of Analysis is available for every batch, tied to a traceable batch number. We share the matching batch COA on inquiry.
Ordering & inquiries
Why is there no pricing on the site?
Certiva operates on an inquiry basis — no public pricing or online checkout. Tell us your product, quantity, and market, and we reply with a COA and a tailored quote, usually within one business day.
Do you offer bulk or OEM / private-label?
Yes. We manufacture at our own facility and support bulk, private-label, and custom (OEM) orders. Start a Custom / OEM inquiry via the contact form.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, with cold-chain handling and tracking where required to protect product integrity in transit.
Compliance
Are research peptides for human use?
No. Research peptides are supplied for research use only and are not for human consumption. We make no medical, therapeutic, or dosing claims.
Where are your products made?
At our own manufacturing facility in China. We make no false country-of-origin claims — our legitimacy rests on a real factory and genuine certifications.
